What are your payment terms?

In general, we quote EXW or FOB price. Payment requires 50% deposit by T/T before production, and 50% balance paid within 7 days before shipment.

What is the production lead-time for bulk orders?

The regular lead-time is 15 business days after the deposit is received and artwork is confirmed.

What is the policy for samples?

We provide 1-3 free samples for original products (shipping at buyer's cost). Customized samples take 10-15 days and incur a design fee.
